To create an appointment inside an Evernote note, which will cause that note to appear as an appointment in TuskTools Calendar, the basic principle is to type the desired date/time of the appointment surrounded by ## at the start and end of your date text. For example:
##10/14/2011 at 3 pm##
##Next Thur 10:30 - 11:30 AM##
To create a reminder as well, add @ folllowed by the number of minutes prior to the event you want the reminder to pop up. For example, to have a reminder appear 30 minutes prior to an appointment:
##10/14/2011 at 3 pm##@30
This date annotation string can be typed anywhere inside the body of your note (not in the title).
When creating a calendar item, you can enter any date phrase that the program can understand and translate into a date (or date/time combination). There are many different ways you can enter dates and times.
