When you first install TuskTools Calendar, it performs an initial synchronization to copy all of your notebooks, tags, and notes to your local Windows PC so they can be quickly accessed by the calendar.
This initial sync can take a while if you have a lot of notes in your Evernote account, so please be patient.
To check and see if all of your information has synchronized into TuskTools, right-click the TuskTools Sync icon in your Windows system tray and select "About TuskTools Sync..." from the menu. At the bottom of the resulting window, you'll see displayed the total number of notebooks, tags, and notes that have been synchronized from your Evernote account.
Sometimes due to communications issues, the initial sync can finish before all notes have synchronized. If not all of your notes have synchronized (i.e. the total number of notes listed above is less than the number of notes you have in Evernote), but the tooltip on the system tray icon says "Idle", then perform the following steps to get TuskTools to complete the initial sync:
1. Right-click the TuskTools Sync icon in the system tray.
2. Select "Reset Sync".
3. Right-click the icon again.
4. Select "Synchronize Now".
This should start the synchronization process up again to sync the remainder of your notes. You can repeat the above process to check and make sure all notes have synched.
In rare cases, you may need to perform the above Reset Sync steps a few times in order for the initial sync to complete.
