Refresh View does not appear to do anything

    John,

    I think the Refresh probably occurred but that the reminder won't show because the date is not in a recognized format.  Please try putting a slash or hyphen as a separator - i.e. ##2011-12-04## - and see if that makes a difference.

    Thanks for the correction info. I made the change and the fundamental issue still occurs.

    Yes, the date shows up on the calendar after 30 seconds or so, but without any visual clues that something is happening, those 30 seconds seem to take forever.
